Simrenjeet Singh
Mr. Simrenjeet Singh is the managing partner at Messrs. Simrenjeet, Tay & Co., specializing in commercial, construction, employment, and general litigation. He also has vast experience in handling shareholder disputes, construction arbitration, breach of contract cases.
Mr. Simrenjeet has appeared in numerous significant cases, some of which have been reported in local legal journals. He has also acted in advisory roles, offering expert counsel on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment matters.

- Simren completed his pupilage at Shearn Delamore & Co. in August 2012 and embarked on his career as a Legal Associate with Messrs. Gananathan Loh in October 2012. He has over a decade of hands-on practical experience in civil, commercial and securities litigation.

- Tay Por Hai is a name partner of the firm.
- Por Hai completed his pupillage with Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co. and was thereafter admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in January 2013. He then embarked on his career as a Legal Associate with Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co until 2016 when he joined Messrs Valerie Chong & Co. as a partner in conveyancing.
- Por Hai, the Top Student in Malaysia for Cambridge A-Level Law in 2007, is a personable, resourceful and driven person with a passion for conveyancing and litigation, Por Hai is known for providing out of the box but practical and effective legal solutions. Mr. Lim Tien Loong is a partner at Messrs. Simrenjeet, Tay & Co., specializing in criminal law, corporate insolvency, corporate restructuring, corporate/commercial litigation and conveyancing. With extensive experience in criminal trials, hearings, and appeals, he has also handled shareholder disputes, derivative actions, and insolvency proceedings. Mr. Lim holds an LL.B (Hons) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Master’s in Business Law from IIUM. He previously founded Messrs. Lim Tien Loong & Co. He currently sits as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
